Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeuroSync ERP™ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and IS360 Technologies & Services Pvt. Ltd.

2. Research-Grade Classification — NOT a Medical Device

NeuroSync ERP™ is classified as a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) — Research Grade under CDSCO guidelines. It provides quantitative EEG analysis for research and clinical support purposes only.

• All outputs are AI-generated and require clinical validation by a licensed healthcare professional
• The platform does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
• You must not use the platform as a sole basis for clinical decisions, prescriptions, or treatments
• The "Not a Medical Diagnosis" disclaimer on all reports is legally binding and not waivable

3. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be 18 years or older to register
• Clinical professionals must provide accurate registration credentials including their medical registration number
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• Sharing credentials with others is prohibited and may result in account suspension
• IS360 reserves the right to verify professional credentials and suspend accounts with false information

4. Subscription, Billing & Coupon Codes

• Free accounts include 2 EDF uploads and 2 Generic Reports at no cost
• Paid plans (Starter ₹2,999/mo · Professional ₹7,999/mo · Institutional ₹29,999/mo) are billed monthly in advance
• Coupon codes reduce the price for the period specified on the coupon and cannot be combined
• Unused upload/report credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refunds
• Channel Partner pricing is custom and governed by a separate Partner Agreement

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload EEG data without the patient's informed consent (or guardian's consent for minors)
• Use the platform to make clinical decisions without qualified clinical review
• Share, sell, or redistribute generated reports without appropriate clinical context and disclaimers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the SLDA/PAZ algorithmic kernel
• Use automated scripts to access the platform in excess of normal usage
• Upload data that is not legitimate clinical EEG in EDF/BDF format
• Misrepresent your professional qualifications during registration

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, SLDA/PAZ algorithms, NPSP protocol definitions, STEM domain formulae, UI designs, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of IS360 Technologies & Services Pvt. Ltd. Uploaded EEG data remains the property of the registering clinician and/or their institution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IS360 Technologies shall not be liable for any clinical outcome, patient harm, misdiagnosis, or missed diagnosis arising from reliance on platform outputs. The platform is provided "as is" for research purposes. Maximum liability in any case is limited to the subscription fees paid by the user in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Disputes shall first be attempted through mediation before litigation.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified by email 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
